Welcome to our farm! Here’s a little bit about us

Fresh Cut Farms is family owned and operated by two individuals with deep roots in the wholesome living. Each raised on farms themselves, they have committed their second careers to give back to the community and lifestyle that has given them so much.

Jim’s roots are close by. He grew up on a small 25-acre farm less than 10 miles from the current operation – raising beef cattle, sheep, pigs, and poultry. Connie grew up on a large dairy farm in Pennsylvania.

Their adult lives took them to various places throughout the US and Europe as former US Airforce serviceman (Jim) and a former food service executive (Connie). But the land called them back to where they started, but with a mission: to provide our community the best products possible using environmentally and sustainable practices. 

Part of their vision is to be an educational example for others to follow on sustainable farm practices. We believe that the small family farm of old can make a comeback using these farming methods. By reviving a 1900s homestead we hope to become that beacon of hope that others will follow.
