Our lambs are DNA parent verified with Flock 54 and registered with the American Valais Blacknose Sheep Registry (AVBSR), ensuring authenticity and legitimacy. Registrations will be seamlessly transferred to new owners at our expense within AVBSR. Lambs are available after being weaned at 90 to 110 days of age. All lambs have been vaccinated and boosted (CD+T and Bo-Se). Our mission is to raise exceptional, healthy sheep that will exceed the expectations of both aspiring curly cutie shepherds and dedicated Valais Blacknose enthusiasts alike.
We choose to partner with AVBSR because of their commitment to granting shepherds the autonomy to manage their flocks according to their unique needs and goals. Notably, AVBSR is the only registry that permits the use of new foundation ewes and percentage rams, allowing individuals to tailor their breed-up programs to their specific requirements. Furthermore, they afford shepherds the freedom to incorporate Spitti and polled breeding stock, enabling the development of flocks that bring them joy. As we continue to learn more about the Valais breed, we recognize that adaptations may be necessary to ensure their success in our diverse climates.
